Products & Audiences - The Product Purpose

The product I'm writing about is Forza Motorsport 6 which is the sixth and latest installment in the Forza Motorsport series. It was released on September 15 2015 and is produced by Turn 10 Studios and they also teamed with the BBC show Top Gear.

I think the product is produced mainly for entertainment purposes because it's a racing game. It is enjoyed in one sitting because there's plenty of races on it.

The producers originally made racing games for Xbox because they wanted to fill the void of racing simulators on Xbox. It scored 87% for Metacritic, 9/10 for IGN.com and 8/10 for TrustedReviews.

Forza Motorsport 6 alone has sold almost 2 million copies which made them quite a bit of money.
